Joining WestJet Rewards

It’s simple and free to join. Just create a WestJet Rewards account and you’ll be a member. Please note that you will be automatically enrolled in WestJet Rewards if you apply, and are approved for, a WestJet RBC Mastercard or WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard.

All communication about the program and your account will be sent to you via email. To update your email address and communication preferences, please sign in to your account to update your information.

Yes. You may enrol on behalf of your children, as long as a valid email address belonging to a parent of the child is provided at the time of enrolment.

Yes. For flight-only bookings, you can add your WestJet Rewards ID during the self-serve check-in process or through Manage trips. Alternatively, you may contact us for assistance. 

No. You must be enrolled in WestJet Rewards at the time of the departure.
