Raul Romero was everything we could have hoped for! He was on time, efficient, and remembered our drinks. When we needed something, or even thought about it Raul Romero, he showed up ready to help and serve drinks. This vacation would’ve been nothing without Raul Romero.

The best of our experience is with the staff especially Lizbeth in isla Blanca they really make you feel at home, she has pleasant and accommodating and friendly and willing to help as needed for our requests great asset. The food is good too. But I think the service makes the experience amazing.

The overall experience was positive. Resort was nice - greenery, pool, room, and food were all nice. But there was nothing that was over and above. The resort was a bit too big, dinner reservations were difficult, not many night life options, room was consistently moist, and customer service was not really good at trouble shooting issues.

The chef Esteban and our waiter Carlos gave us a great service I recommend it The restaurant was beautiful and had a variety of items on the menu for the sushi table I highly recommend you stop by and check it out for yourself Enjoy it to the max!!!!!

Your staff is top notch, needs some English help. The checkout is a DISSASTER. One guy there, was a total mess. there were other employees running around that looked like they could help but scurried off out of site. This is a major problem. People had flights to catch. I personally wouldn't come back
