Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Usually an amazing hotel and experience. I don’t recommend staying in the main hotel, get a room in one of the detached buildings. The staff is generally great and there is a great lobby. There are three pools that have awesome lounges and games to be played.
Clean but dated. Catering was enjoyable. Conference accommodations were below average.

The rooms and facility are dated, but clean. We were originally placed into a room that did not meet the level that we had reserved (even though I called to verify our reservation earlier that same day). We were moved without issue, however our air conditioning unit was unable to keep the room cool, which led to several uncomfortable nights. I was there for a business conference. The catered food was better than expected. There was no wi-fi connectivity and nowhere to charge devices in the room for our conference.
