Amazing service, amazing steaks, And Alberto was very tentative. His hospitality was the icing on the experience we had. This restaurant wasn’t part of the all inclusive package, but I say that it is well worth the price! We went for my wife’s birthday and they made sure she was taken cared of, which made me just as happy as she was!

The bodega at fiesta Americana los Cabo’s was amazing. The service by Alberto and others was exceptional and extremely friendly. We loved the porkchop and the empanadas so will definitely be coming back in the future. They did an amazing job helping us celebrate our anniversary.

We are members have been for years just got back today that being said I am now 76 it is now hard for me and my wife to get up and down the stairs to our room there are no handrails to hold onto and nothing to hold onto in the showers very slippery nothing to laugh at and the other thing when you go to use the toilet it is barely over a foot off the floor and when you set down your family jewels are going to get wet comical sounding but this is not acceptable I presented to one of the employee's and he showed little concern. The restaurants are great employee's wonderful grounds always beautiful but lots of room for improvement and the mattress may as well be a torture bed hard as a rock and not one night of good rest.

Joanna was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend her! She did a very good job

Everything was fantastic! We went to all the restaurants and they were delicious. We went to the buffet for breakfast a few times and each time had Abraham and he was super great. Very attentive and made us feel like family. We always have such an amazing time at Fiesta Americana. And we cannot wait to come back soon!
