Another wonderful vacation at Hacienda Encantada

This was our fourth vacation at Hacienda Encantada. Each visit is better than the last. The food, the drinks, the scenery, the horseback riding, the whale watching and especially the employees made this a memorable vacation. A special thank you to all the employees at the adult pool who took great care of us. Daniel, the pool concierge, went out of his way to make sure we had great music and that everything was perfect. Gustavo, Omar, and Mario kept us fed and hydrated and taught us some new Spanish phrases. Thanks also to Pablo, Mauricio, and Ingrid. A couple of suggestions: move the in-room safes in Phase One to a more accessible level. Vertically challenged guests have to stand on a chair to see into the safe. Finally, maybe explore keeping one of the bars open a little later and adding some live later night entertainment.
Food is great, staff are amazing. Four years in a row, already looking forward to next year!

Another amazing time at Hacienda Encantada. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the food is great and the resort is clean. This was our fourth year in a row and we’re already looking forward to going back next year. We would especially like to thank breakfast server Isabel, drivers Felipe and Trinidad, restaurant manger Antonio, pool bartender Alejandro, pool servers Jaime and Margarita, and restaurant captain Juan for making our experience that much better! Y’all truly made this an incredibly special week for our family and we appreciate each of you.
