Clean hotel with a great location close to Disneyland!

We booked a 4 night stay here to accompany a 3 day Disney visit. We were looking for a place within walking distance of the Park. Upon arrival, our rooms were ready and check-in was quick. Of note, the entire stay amount is taken at check-in, not vice-versa like other properties. The rooms appear to have been updated recently and they are good size and very clean. We were told that only “light” housekeeping would be provided during the stay which included new towels, refresh of condiments, etc. The rooms were fairly quiet as well, except for the guests, whom I describe as “not getting out much”, which is no fault of the property. Parking is on site and is valet only. My only complaint is the housekeeping, or lack of. I understand “light” housekeeping, but not having the room done up at least once during a 4 night stay should be revisited. One evening, I had to go to the front desk and request condiments that did not get replenished. In hindsight, I could have requested housekeeping. We will definitely stay here again, with the aforementioned in mind!
This Hotel should be be associated with Disney at all

First let me say, they use the term, "management has reviewed your issue," as a way to disregard anything you are saying at all. Ask yourself, do you want to spend your money on a a place that truly does not care about you as a paying customer? The staff here lives in their own bubble of reality, I think being linked to Disney gives them some sort of falsely inflated sense of value and misguided arrogance. An arrogant person is usually good at what they do, let me say the employees here are the worst type of person you could encounter and none of them should be working in the hospitality industry. Specifically, Michele who says she is the all encompassing manager, is a joke. She talks to people like they are insignificant, but the universal law of Karma will pay her a visit soon! The owner or whoever leaves these fake responses as if they care should be ashamed. TRUST ME, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, at least get some gratitude. There are several hotels with larger room sizes at cheaper prices located right next to this property. The staff is nice at those hotels and you are even closer to the Disney entrance. Look up the Tropicana, Best Western or the Fairfield by Marriott to name a few. I was immediately greeted by a Valet attendant who was on a power trip as soon as I pulled into the lot at Camelot. Things didn't go so well from there, so I will spare the details. Carefully read these reviews and realize there are multiple mentions of management and customer service attitudes from quite a few people that have no relation or have never met each other before. This is a sign you should not ignore. Don't be tricked by the glossy ads online designed to take you money.
