My husband especially asked for a 4th floor room with a view of the fireworks for our special wedding anniversary. When we checked in I could see that wasn’t possible from room 416. My husband went back down and asked and was assured by the girl on the desk that they had complied with this request. I can hear the fireworks now but can’t see them. I don’t understand just say no, it isn’t possible, don’t lie to people, feeling very hurt and upset ??

Everything is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is very good with lots of options. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Easy and quick walk to Disneyland. I called ahead of time for a crib for our toddler, and they had one available for us soon after we checked in (including sheet and blanket). We booked a family suite, which was a great option for our larger group of extended family, and during the day we could hang out in one room while our toddler napped safely in the other room.
