This was our second stay at this hotel and it's still a great place to stay for Disney. The 1 bedroom suite with 2 beds was enough space for us and a small toddler air mattress. The only con was the bedroom door is frosted, so light from the living room enters the bedroom. We had to use minimal lighting at night and in the morning so it didn't wake the kids. The breakfast was great. The setup of 2 sides of the same hot food meant there wasn't a long line. I wish there were pastries in addition to the bagels and breads but otherwise it was good. I also appreciated the cold filtered water that is available throughout the day near the breakfast area. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Hopefully we'll be back to visit again!

After a lot of research, we selected Residence Inn By Marriott at Anaheim Resort. The room was just great, big and spacious. Kitchen came in handy. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had a very nice experience and will return. But thats not why im writing this.... I am writing to make a special mention of the Front Desk Agent, Anna. Anna was a true Angel. She greeted us so warmly and was very, very helpful in the check in process. She gave great information and insight into the area and helped us feel welcome. She was the first face what we saw when we got to the hotel, and it made all of the difference. Some companies are replacing Front Desk Agents with Kiosks. Im very glad that Residence Inn didnt do that. Because Anna is the reason that we will book with Marriott again and again. Thank you again for having her as the Star of the Resort.
