Second time to this hotel, we had ocean view. So close to lobby, pool and a few steps to beach. Beatriz helped us coordinate our stay, which made it awesome with no worries. Maria scheduled our tee times, after we played the first day we wanted to change the tee times, Jonathan and Gabriel helped change our tee times. So helpful and professional. We had a great time swimming, playing golf and eating, the food was delicious. We plan on visiting next year.

I don’t usually write reviews. Moon palace Resort has been one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve had in the riviera maya. We stayed at the grand and everything has been flawless. We have stayed at Xcaret Mexico and other all inclusive resorts but I can say that for families with kids this is an absolute MUST. We live in Cancun and usually vacation nearby. The Momo teppan yaki at sunrise was an amazing experience, and Diego was an awesome, from the show to the interaction with my kids left us speechless. Thanks Diego and palace crew for this amazing experience. I wish we had more places like this at the riviera maya, I’m Mexican but have traveled quite a bit around the world and this has been delightful. Kudos to the moon palace team and keep it up! You guys make us proud of being Mexican!
