Kids’ Waterpark Maintenance
The Kids’ Water Park at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa will be out of service for maintenance work from April 27 - May 31, 2025. During this time, families visiting will still have access to a variety of activities including the Miniclub, the beach and other resort facilities which will continue to operate as usual. The hotel will make every effort to minimize any impact to the guests’ experience.

Been here 5 days , found a great pool concierge. Daniel Wilson. Great personality, makes me and others feel special. Other concierge s could learn so much from him. The goes the extra mile to make you special. Thank you Daniel some great times.

Daniel Wilson is the best pool concierge in the entire resort. We have been to four different bar locations and he is the most professional we’ve ever seen. When we find a bartender that doesn’t have his personality, we leave that bar and go find him. He needs to be the new trainer of all bartenders. And I think thank you thank you
