Direct bookings with our partners

Go further, get rewarded. Earn WestJet points when you book and fly directly with Delta Air Lines, Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Qantas Airways. Just add your WestJet Rewards ID at booking. The number of WestJet points you earn will vary based on your tier status, airline, booking class and flight distance.

When flying with Delta, WestJet Rewards Platinum, Gold and Silver members will also enjoy a selection of priority services and other flight benefits.¹

Code-share bookings with WestJet

Code-share allows multiple airlines to sell space on the same flight as if it were their flight. The airline selling seats is referred to as the marketing carrier; the airline providing the aircraft, crew and ground-handling support is referred to as the operating carrier.

Yes, you will earn WestJet points and qualifying spend towards tier status as long as WestJet is the marketing carrier.¹ You can easily spot the marketing carrier for your flights by looking at the flight numbers listed on your itinerary. If they start with WS, then WestJet is the marketing carrier.

While you will earn as usual, most top-tier or cardholder benefits are limited for use only when your itinerary is wholly marketed and operated by WestJet.¹
