We took our family of 6 (us, two adult children and two senior parents). Three rooms, all reserve level. Our suite was large and beautiful and very clean, although the toilet did not work and we had to leave every time we had to use a toilet and find one elsewhere (restaurant, lounge) - very difficult. We had maintenance come 4 times first couple of days until realized it just wasn't fixable. Our concierge - Cristina was AMAZING. She really goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. She is professional, sincere and very good at her job! The other two rooms were reserve level but never met or heard from a concierge entire trip. They were also located very far from Reserve amenities, making Reserve amenities basically useless to them. Check in was brutal. Arrived and had to get 80+ year olds far down to Reserve lounge, where we sat in our travel clothes and sweat for an hour trying to get rooms. Lots of walking for seniors, more than we thought for them. Pools are great - Servando at the pool is AWESOME, he made everyday wonderful! Staff is fabulous all the way around, really wonderful, helpful and friendly! Food is excellent, in all restaurants and room service, really really good! This was a huge trip for our family, overall a great experience and lots of good times, just some hurdles we had to work through.
Second Stay at Paradisus Los Cabos – Great Dining, Mixed Experience Overall

This was our second visit to Paradisus Los Cabos, and we returned because we enjoyed the dining experience so much as Circle members. That part did not disappoint—the food was excellent across the restaurants, and the staff were kind and accommodating. This time, we brought our adult daughter and participated in several activities. The wine tasting was a standout—surprisingly more informative than some we’ve done in Napa Valley. The mixology class was also engaging and well-presented. We attended a cooking lesson as well, though it was more of a demonstration than a hands-on experience. Still, the appetizer they prepared—watermelon with tuna—was absolutely delicious. Tokimeku remains our favorite restaurant at the resort—its quality and consistency really set it apart. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch any baby turtles or whales this time, as it was past the season. The cabana and pool experience also fell short compared to our last visit. Some days we weren’t even approached for drink or food orders, and the swim-up bar pool felt murky and uninviting—more of a drinking spot than a swimming one. That said, one sweet towel attendant stood out by helping us blow up our inflatable float, which we really appreciated! Our room, however, was a major disappointment. It felt small, outdated, and had a strong mouldy smell—very different from the fresh, clean ambiance we’ve come to expect at most resorts. We also looked into spa services, but the massage prices were outrageously high—even by resort standards—so we skipped that entirely. Overall, while the dining and select staff interactions were great and we enjoyed some of the activities, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to our first stay. Hoping to see improvements if we return in the future.
