My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.. Everything was super amazing, the resort is small but beautiful and peaceful. The food was super delicious but the service was even better. Everyone we encounter with was nice and super helpful. But we specially given a HUGE thanks to our concierge Riberto he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our wedding anniversary trip! ?????????? We definitely recommend this resort and for sure will be back.

Our first time to Paradisus Cabo. We loved the location, outstanding views, dimmable beach & ocean view room at The Reserve which we paid extra for. Breakfast at Malva was always delicious with a wonderful variety to satisfy any palate. First stop was the coffee shop to get a cappuccino made by Omar who took very good care of us making our coffees. We enjoyed especially our servers Jhan, Susana and Maria at the omelette station. The Italian restaurant and Mexican was the best of any Paradisus we have stayed at hands down. The Sante restaurant our first night our Reserve only guests was very good but food overcooked and sat under the lights the second night we went and did not enjoy. Ramon at the Mexican restaurant was our server and he had made our dining experience one of our favorites. I gave only four stars since the A/C in the gym was broken all week we were there and we felt it was too hot and uncomfortable to do our weights and workouts. This was a big disappointment. The morning yoga classes overlooking the pacific was so much more enjoyable. The house wines are terrible. I don’t feel you should have to order a $40 or $50 bottle which you need to do in order to get a decent glass of wine. We did enjoy a relaxing week and it was so nice to be away from the Cabo tourist scene closer to the Marina. Carlos at the Pool always helpful with Cabanas.

We thoroughly enjoyed this resort for several reasons. The location was excellent—close to town and just a short drive from the airport. One of the highlights for me was the swimmable beach, with its stunningly clear blue water. The variety and quality of the restaurants exceeded expectations, offering some of the best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive resort. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests had a memorable visit. We opted to upgrade to the Reserve level, which came with a number of added perks: a private concierge, a special steak dinner at an elevated restaurant, a separate breakfast venue with an à la carte menu, an exclusive pool for Reserve guests, and a relaxing lounge area stocked with snacks, a full bar, and outdoor seating available from morning until late evening. The upgrade was absolutely worth it. That said, I’m giving the resort four stars due to a few issues that arose during our stay in a Reserve ocean view room. When we checked in around noon on a Saturday, we were informed that no rooms with king beds were available. This was disappointing—especially at an adults-only resort—and made our room feel more like a standard hotel setup. Since my husband and I often travel apart for work, we had hoped for something a bit more special. The Reserve upgrade also included a personal concierge, which was a great concept in theory. We were traveling with another couple, and their concierge went above and beyond—sending regular check-ins via text and visiting them at meals or the pool to ensure everything was going smoothly. It added a personal and thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the same. Our concierge was largely unresponsive, and after I reached out to ask about the same level of service our friends were receiving, his only reply was that he had been “busy.” He did improve during the last couple of days, which I appreciated, but on our departure day, he was once again unavailable. Meanwhile, our friends’ concierge coordinated their luggage pickup and ensured a seamless send-off. I didn’t hear from ours until I was already on the plane home. Despite these hiccups, we had a fantastic time overall. The resort's amenities, service, and setting made it a truly enjoyable stay. We would absolutely return—and would still choose to upgrade to the Reserve level again—as the benefits far outweighed the shortcomings.

This hotel provided prompt, friendly service, room and facilities were very clean, pool and 24 room service was fantastic and timely, very quiet rooms. I loved the very large central pool area, swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The pool service staff were very attentive and friendly.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. Our concierge, Cristina, was friendly, accommodating and catered to our every whim. All the managers and servers at the various restaurants were attentive and made us feel welcome, especially Carlos and Susanna at Malva, Raul at Tokimeku and Guadalupe at the pool service was amazing. Even the evening barista at the Nespresso bar, Daniel was awesome. We will definitely be back!
