Please be advised the Grand Palladium Select Bávaro will be closed for renovations commencing April 1st, 2025. This renovation is anticipated to be completed by December 15th, 2025. Areas to be renovated are exclusive to the Grand Palladium Select Bávaro and Family Selection.

We arrived around 5:30 pm. We were greeted by greeter and bell man. We went to the Reception Desk to check-in. We return to bell man station. The bell man walked our bags to the room. I was going to give him a tip, I noticed my money was stolen. I immediately notified the customer service desk. He took my statement.

Overall lovely stay, wonderful staff, clean room, lots to eat and plenty of sun loungers. Thank you to the staff that took special care of us, as my husband is disabled, staff helped us with the day to day use of his wheelchair and ramps form in and out of the pool.
