Grand Palladium Resort is a good destination in Puntacana. I have visited with family. Little disappointed with the Family Collection Jr room. Design of the room and shower location is inconvenient, room AC was not powerful enough. Fan was useless. Shower access from room is very inconvenient as glass door is almost transparent under light, imagine traveling with younger kids and everyone can see you taking shower. Not all land activities were available. Water sports activities are not available such as to enjoy catamaran you have to do your self. Food was amazing, layout of the resort was excellent. Lobby area felt little dead in the evening not much happening. Seating arrangements is not under the fan, so it’s not pleasant to seat in the lobby area in the evening. Restaurant are thoughtfully designed and overall they have good variety. Very much options for vegetarian people. Overall it was a good trip with kids.

Hotel is clean relaxing. Amazing beach location. A lot of good restaurants to chose from every night.

Everything was great, but the buffet could use a little more generic options. Excursions were great and the instructors at the pool were awesome.

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Grand Palladium Palace Resort. We had our entire family, and an infant with us. We have traveled here before but last trip was during COVID. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks, spent many days at the beach and also enjoyed our swim up rooms. Being members of the travel club, we chose Monkeyland for our excursion and I have so many great memories of that trip! The monkeys were so fun, cute, and I laughed and smiled so much that day. I would do that trip again and again. The rooms were so nice and clean, comfortable and furnished well for our trip. We requested a crib and our butler Maritza was quick to supply one. She is a wonderful resource if you are luck enough to have her for a butler. The staff was all so welcoming, we felt a part of the family. The food at the restaurants was excellent and the deserts were as well. We found the entire vacation to be a welcome get away and can not wait to return. We never ran out of things to do, and could pick a different activity every day if we wanted. I highly recommend this resort!
