We stayed for 2 nights. Overall we were satisfied. Room is clean. Crew are very responsive when we requested for stuff. I was even surprised when they brought a microwave oven to our room when I was just asking if there’s a common room with microwave to reheat my toddler’s milk. Pillows are too soft for my liking, almost flat. Parking is so expensive since its in Downtown.
Mosaic restaurant

Was recently in Vancouver and enjoyed the restaurant Mosaic. The breakfast was amazing and our server Pritam was great! He always filled our coffee , asked if we needed anything else . When the restaurant was busy he made the time. Thank you for service.
2 night getaway

We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool. Was easy to meet new people and relax. The bed was very comfortable and the check in staff were very accommodating to allow us to check in early and upgrade our room for a nominal fee. We did find the cost of alcoholic drinks in the lounge a bit pricey.
Best Hotel in Vancouver

Best hotel in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Will likely stay there again when I go back to Vancouver. It’s near the train station, bus stops, and restaurants. The staff are also very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was really relaxing.
